We are a small, family run residential Property Management Company based in Worthing West Sussex, with over 25 years experience in the property management field. We manage our own Freehold properties and also manage residential property for other Freeholders. Being a small firm, with little overheads, we are able to keep our charges to a minimum.

We work within the Worthing area, which includes Lancing and Littlehampton. We try to use local contractors with a good work ethic. We deal with all property management issues from organising exterior and interior redecoration to general day to day repairs and maintenance. We like to use a "hands on" approach, so that we are available to our Leaseholders. Many of our Leaseholders contact us by email, which means we are instantly available.

We are intending to enlarge our business over the next 2 years and are looking to buy Freeholds and also to manage property for other Freeholders. We specialise in smaller properties and currently manage buildings consisting of 2 - 10 flats.
